Wednesday, June 11, 2008/ 11:14 PM dieting - my first step after 3 failed attempts
well, i must say that the first step to dieting is rather smooth so far. ate 1 bread and 1 cheese for breakfast this morning and i had some soup noodle for lunch just now. =D ate the pork, the egg, the veggies and a few strands of noodles. Most of the noodles have been dumped. =DDDDDDDD
yup, waste of money i know. but better than getting fat right? still, i feel guilty for dumping so much noodle. =( people are starving in certain parts of the world and i am throwing away 3/4 bowl of noodles. ><
sheesh. anyway, have made plans to jog this evening. after work. =D hopefully i will gather enough motivation to start jogging. fingers cross.
